SC suka baca blog kawan-kawan yang dah berjaya menurunkan berat badan dan menurunkan saiz lilitan badan dengan cara ATKIN. Lepas tu baca komentar dari pembaca-pembaca lain. Ade yang berjaya ade yang tidak. SC pun sebenarnya ragu-ragu samada diet ni berjaya pada SC atau tidak. Tapi bak kata Kak MYOLIZA, no harm trying kan. Mencuba lebih baik dari kita dok perhati dan tak buat apa-apa.

4. Do you feel hungry and not satisfied when being on your low carbohydrate diets? (NOOOO) Emm..rasanya macam best je dapat bakan banyak-banyak while on low carbohydrate diets. Sebab depa kata jangan biarkan badan kita dalam mode lapar. So kalau lapar SC makan la. SC akan pack makanan breakfast n bawak opis. So SC akan amik potion breakfast sikit-sikit. Lapar makan lagi. Sampai bekal tu habis. Biasanya leh tahan sampai ke petang. Sambil-sambil SC minum anir banyak-banyak.
    
5. Do you find that even taking a prescribed amount of so-called balanced diet; you are gaining more weight? (YES) A ah hahaha.. Tak kurus-kurus. Lapar lak tu bila amik so called balance diet ni.

6. Are you feeling a constant amount of weight loss after 3-4 months else and no progress further? (YES) Ini pun pernah berlaku. Turun sikit pastu tak turun-turun. Letih ahh!!

7. Do you have a habit of eating after every few minutes? (YES) A ah la..mane U tau ni?? Malu I

8. Do you have a habit of eating sweets, pasta, bread and other high-carbohydrate foods very often? (YES) Yeeee… SC suka makan kek secret receipe, tart, pasta, segala mak nenek roti macam Danish bread dan makanan melayu bersama nasik.. Depa tak sebut nasik sebab nasik bukan makanan ruji depa.

9. Do you consider yourself an obsessive eater and think that you can’t control yourself? (YES) Ini kalau lapar.. Mesti tak leh nak control…

10. Do you feel addicted about any food or drink? (YES) Ye pernah berlaku. Suka makan cheese tart.. hari-hari nak makan cheese tart.. Ohh rupanya memudaratkan!!

11. Do you feel yourself inconvenient or lousy after taking any particular food? (Not Sure) aaaa.. yang ni tak perasan..

12. Do you feel that the amount of food you eat is really the least for feeling physically satisfied? (NO) Eh tak la.. SC makan sampai kenyang

13. Do you think that if you are disciplined, you are going well on the way of weight loss? (YES) Dulu disiplin kejap-kejap. On Off. Teruk kan asyik Yo-Yo diet. api sekarang SC nak nekadkan diri. InsyaAllahhh harap-harap berjaya.

14. Do you have allergic symptoms for any food or beverage? (YES) Ade jugak..Kalau makan udang & ketam bibir gatal n mata gatal. Tapi kadang-kadang SC telan je..

15. Do you have any specific illness symptom that appear or disappear as soon as you eat? (YES) dah jawab kot kat soklan atas

16. re you habitual of nibbling? (YES) A ah.. Kekadang masa tengok Tv rasa nak menguyah SC amek kerepek & makan.. Aduhaiii SC macam mane nak kurus… GEMUK ITU HODoHHHH!!!!

17. Do you feel hungry after dinner every night while watching TV.? (YES) ehh dah jawab kan tadi hehehe

18. Is there any food for that you feel, you can’t survive without it? (YES) A ah ade.. Nasik la kan. Kitakan melayu. Tapi tak pe..Everything under control. Pasni xde dah. InsyaAllah..

19. Is any food gives you a feeling of better? (YES) Sweet, dessert & makanan manis lebih-lebih lagi cheese tart dan kek secret recipe

20. Are you facing the problem of regaining weight more than before, whenever you give up your weight-loss program? (YES) Yeee btol. Dulu berat SC dalam 90+ sekarang dah naik 104. Sedeyyy tau..

Dan keputusannya…
